Présentation

FR

My research examines human rights and international labour standards with a focus on health and safety at work. I am interested in how global legal standards and societies define workers' rights to participate in the governance of the working environment and respond to social and environmental hazards and inequalities. This extends to the transnational governance of labour and working conditions with unions and civil society through multistakeholder initiatives and the use of new legal frameworks for labour relations, working conditions and labour dispute resolution over health and safety at work. I have also studied the historical development of key legal principles underlying contemporary workers' injury compensation systems in North America.
