Présentation

FR

My research examines human rights and international labour standards with a focus on health and safety at work. I am interested in global labour governance and the values, ethics, and normativity that shape the law, practice and activism of work and employment relations. These questions are key parts of the debates on human rights, dignity at work and the regulation of global capitalism. I see the regulation of industrial relations as an international project in historical perspective. I use document-based research methods and have written on the right to refuse unsafe work, trade union rights, work injury compensation, mine safety, and similar topics.
